Millennials/Gen Y are already the biggest generation, with 80 million people in the US alone, and will account for 75% of the global workforce in a little more than a decade. In less than 5 years, millennials will also have more buying power than baby boomers. As we all adapt to this rapidly evolving workforce and marketplace, this event will explore how millennials can distinguish themselves and how businesses can help their multi-generational workforces effectively collaborate to unleash the power of difference as a competitive advantage.
