From Concept to Reality
The emergence of the Wearable Technology industry has come fast and far in a short period of time. Innovative and revolutionary ideas have almost instantaneously spawn from concept to reality, from things of dreams and movies into tangible products. Once only known in the world of the Jetsons, today’s consumers have access to elegant fitness activity monitors like the Misfit, augmented reality retinal displays like the Glyph and LED eyelashes created by Soomi Park.
At the inaugural Wearable Wednesday Austin, we will delve into the process of ideation to creation and the barriers faced when entering the Wearable market. Hear insights and advice from thought leaders in hardware, infrastructure and software on how to build and drive your Wearable business forward. We will dig deep and explore the innovation opportunities of today and thrash out the steps needed to advance the Wearable Technology and Internet of Things ecosystem.
What are the key success factors of sensor-laden devices (SDLs)? How will these products create value in the consumer experience? What are the consequences of new devices and software on the technology market and how ultimately can your product be the change-agent towards a smarter world? Join us as we drive the next phase of growth in personal computing, forever changing the landscape of how we live, work and innovate.
