Event Details

7 Bands 12 Comedians, a 420 friendly event with additional special guests at the Ukrainian Cultural Center.

Bands Include:

  • The Killbots

The Killbots is a rap group based out of Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Man E Faces, Juco Law and J. Prhyme are all dedicated lyricists

  • The Bluesetta Band

Bluesetta was handpicked by John Belushi to sing and dance with Jake and Elwood, but never got the chance. She left Hollywood brokenhearted, and swore to Never Sing The Blues Again. Bluesetta had her Blues Epiphany in 2006 and returned to entertain with original music, some Joliet Jake tunes, and a stompin' band!

  • The Janks

The Janks came together in Los Angeles in 2009. They gigged around locally and began developing a following. They've toured all over the U.S. Cultivating their sound, the band forged an identity that was unequivocally theirs. Elements of Garth's compositions creep into the sound, while Zack's reverence for timeless '60s and '70s rock melds with an appreciation that runs the gamut —from The Kinks, Led Zeppelin and Queen to The White Stripes, Fleet Foxes, Grizzly Bear, Radiohead, and Ween.

  • Dead to the Core

Dead To The Core is a Grateful Dead influenced rock band from Los Angeles. We play essential live Grateful Dead music and other rock and roll, fusion, blues, reggae, bluegrass, and zydeco.

  • Chase of Exssex
Started the band at age 15 and is a veteran of the 86nd Airborn. He was famous for doing other people's music his way on a 12 string guitar. One of the songs that he was most famous for was Rock On back in the 70's. In 1980 the band did 3 World Tours and he was engaged for 2 years and had a 8 month old son. They threw a 2 year engagement party and that night a drunk driver hit the band dead on and Chase's wife, son and 3 of the band members were killed in that tragic accident. Disabled for 18 years he resurfaced last July only locally. The band members are Gary Hull who is the lead harmony singer and rythm guitar. (He's played with famous people including 3 dog nights and Cliff Morrison) Gary Furgeson is the lead guitarist and harmony. Danny "Mushroom" is the keyboard player.Michael Butler on base guitar. He also plays in the "Rock for Vet Group" Drummer is Jerry Deex, he played with the retro station band, and back to the eighties band, was also in the US Marine Core for 4 years. So make sure to check out Chase of Essex resurfacing after 30 years.
  • SoCal Meen Green
Meen Green is a self-proclaimed hempaholic who lives the danksta way of life. "I have 3 lungs and I smoke the most bud ever. I suffer from a rare smoking disease called Indo-nemia, which occurs when the level of THC in my body falls too low.
  • Ponyboy & Losmarijuanos

Los Marijuanos are modern Day Hemp Freedom Fighters. Preaching the legalization vibe everywhere they go! their music can be defined as "good get high music" by their legions of fans world wide. Their music is for the patients, the growers, the care givers, hemp believers, as well as the smokers and the tokers.
