Groundbreaking Ceremony featuring

The WCSU Chamber Singers
Monday, Oct. 17, 2011
4 p.m., Westside Campus Center

followed by a Celebration of the Arts at the Westside Campus Center Ballroom, WCSU Westside campus
43 Lake Ave. Extension, Danbury, Conn.
