WBW Mother's Day 5k 2012

The WBW Mother’s Day race is a 5k Walk/Run along a beautiful, stroller-friendly, USTAF-Certified course following the Ohio River. (Cert.# OH09013PR). All proceeds for the race will benefit La Leche League in honor of World Breastfeeding Week. Online registration for the 5k is $10.00 ($11.94 w/ service charges) if submitted by April 18th and $12 ($14.04 w/ service charges) if submitted by May 5th.

First 150 5k registrants are guaranteed a race t-shirt.
Race Day registration is $15. Checks should be made payable to Esali. ALL participants should arrive between 12:30 & 1:45pm for bib-pickup and to submit entry into the prize drawings (participants must be present to win).
Kid’s races are FREE; however they should register on race day to receive their t-shirt.

REMEMBER: If you register as a "Walker," you can't run! If you anticipate wanting to run a portion of the race, you should register in the "Runner" category.
Registration & awards are held at the Belpre Civitan park. Water and refreshments are available. The 5k race will start at 2:00pm at the start of the flags near the Marina entry. Participants will run along Blennerhasset Ave. and contine halfway through the course turning right on Parkersburg Ave. Then, make a left on John St. and another left on Walnut St. Turn left on Blennerhasset Ave., and continue onto the finish at the Marina Flags. Once all 5k participants have completed the race, the kids’ races will begin. Prize drawings & 5k medals will be given away after the finish of the kids' races.
