• WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN? Please arrive on time - VIP Doors open approx 90 minutes prior to show time. Gold Circle Doors open approx 45 minutes prior to show time. General Admission Doors open approx 30 minutes prior to show time.
  
• IS SEATING RESERVED? All seating is General Admission within each section - meaning seating is first come, first served. Unfortunately the tour cannot guarantee parties of 2 or more will be able to sit together. Arrive early for best seating options. All ticket buyers are guaranteed a seat.
• CAN I GET A REFUND? All sales are final. Sorry, NO REFUNDS or exchanges under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled.
• DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET? Children under the age of 3, not occupying a seat are admitted free of charge.
• WILL THERE BE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATING? The tour staff will always work to assist those needing accessible seating. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the door time on the ticket you choose to purchase and check in with our tour staff on site. Each venue is different so the location of accessible seating is not guaranteed but we will accomodate all needs as we are able.
• HOW TO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS? Tickets are emailed to the address you provide during the checkout process. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder before emailing us to resent the confirmation. Select "Contact Organizer" if you are unable to locate your tickets. Don't have a printer? Use the Eventbrite App to download your tickets - this is the easiest way to keep up with your tickets.
