More than 2 million people in our region care for loved ones with limitations in daily activities, and many more provide professional care.
Yet the needs of caregivers are often overlooked.
Please join us for the conversation on this important topic.
Members of the audience will be invited to share personal experiences, ask their own questions or offer suggestions about caregiving.
This event will not be recorded or broadcast. It is meant to stimulate community dialogue and help inform WAMU 88.5's coverage.

When & Where
Since first signing on from the campus of American University on October 23, 1961, WAMU 88.5 has worked to provide a marketplace for ideas and thoughtful dialogue -- a place for civil discussion of public affairs that is within reach of all the citizens of our community. We have done so in fulfillment of the best ideals of the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967.
Building on a 50-year record of success and integrity, WAMU 88.5 now is the leading public radio station in our nation's capital, serving nearly 800,000 listeners each week in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. The station has charted a path of tremendous growth and takes a leadership role in our region's civil discussion of issues of critical importance.
