Spread the word – Please follow @wakeonwildside on Twitter and retweet our “WANTED” tweets.
We need musicians and bands. If you know anyone who is a musician influenced by Lou and would might like to play please spread the word. If you don’t know them personally you could contact them via their agent or via even via Twitter.
We need a drum kit and bits of sound system.
We need people who knew Lou personally who can talk about how he affected their lives or read a poem/song lyrics
We need artists who can display photos/artwork or help organise a Lou Reed wall where people attending can produce some work on the spot
We need a PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER or Camera person
We need TECHIES who can set up a live WEBCAM
We need TECHIES who can set up a website/webpage which can be accessed around the world .
We need staging. There is no raised platform in the Chapel so help is needed there.
We Need Actors/Actresses to read lyrics/poems etc
We need help to set up on Sunday from noon.
We need stewards on the day who can ensure that the event goes smoothly
We need YOUR CREATIVE ideas…Lou Reed themed cup-cakes, a fire work display on Newington Green…whatever you imaginations can conjure. Come on…its for Lou afterall.

Please Dress ON THE WILD SIDE and BRING ALONG any thoughts or writings or artwork on the day. We are hoping to create some kind of wall of remembrance.
