 Learn about a less known tax credit - the Mortgage Credit Certificate,

Refinances are not accepted based on the “Washington State Housing Finance Commission MCC Program.” Mortgage Credit Certificates are authorized by congress and are federally funded tax credits for qualified first time buyers.
