Please read all of the information below carefully.
The 5th Annual Festival of Hope will take place on September 27, 2014. The event take place at the Tulare Outlet Center at 1407 Retherford St., Tulare, CA 93274.
Welcome to our volunteer registration page.
Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our event. Thank you for your desire to help make our event better every year.
Our event goes from 10 am until 6 pm on Saturday. We have divided the volunteer time shifts into two four-hour blocks of time: 10 am-2 pm and 2-6 pm. Please sign up for the time that best works for you. Also, if you would like to stay after the event ends tod help us pack up, we would appreciate it.
This year, we will assign volunteers to an area and give them tasks as needs arise. Volunteers may serve an entire shift in one area, or they might be dispatched for short-term objectives before returning to the pool. The Festival is divided into five zones this year: zone #1 is the Children's Area, near the clock tower; zone #2 is the west side of the Main Area; zone #3 is the north side of the Main Area; zone #4 is the east side of the Main Area; and zone #5 is the south side of the Main Area.
If it rains during the Festival, we will move the event to the International Agricenter at 4500 S. Laspina St., Tulare, CA 93274. If it looks like it will rain, we will try to notify registrants three days beforehand (by September 25th).
All volunteers must sign a release of liability form for the Tulare Outlet Center.
All volunteers will receive a free t-shirt for participating in this year's event.
