So here are answers to some COMMON QUESTIONS and FUN FACTS!

• WHAT TIME DO I ARRIVE? There are a few times listed on your ticket and confirmation email but you should arrive at the time listed under TICKET TYPE on your ticket.
• HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE? We prefer that all volunteers are at least 18 years old. There are some positions (Runners and Loaders) who must be at least 18.
• WHAT IS A RUNNER? Glad you asked! Runners play a huge role in the tour and help insure the success of the show. Runners help transport tour staff to and from various locations nearby. Typically these trips are short. There is often downtime during the runner shifts but please know that we still need you. Runners must also have a cell phone as the tour communicates via text in most cases.
• WHAT ABOUT A FREE TICKET? All volunteers receive free admission. We make every effort to insure event staff volunteers have a chance to see as much as the show as possible but some positions may have limited views of the actual show.
• OOPS - I NEED TO CANCEL. Oh No! We know that things arise but we really really really, YEP, really really need you to follow through with your committment. If you are not 100% sure you can follow through with your commitment, please do not register as a volunteer as you will take the spot of someone who can commit. If you absolutely positively cannot make it and need to bail on your shift, please email info@25ent.com immediately.
• WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE? Please go to the main lobby and look for a TEAM MEMBER CHECK IN sign. Someone from our team will be floating around and touch base with you soon.
• WHAT DO I WEAR? Please dress casually and comfortable but make sure to keep it classy and modest. We really advise wearing comfortable shoes. The tour provides a TEAM MEMBER T Shirt upon arrival so please be prepared to change your shirt when you arrive.
• WHY CAN I ONLY SIGN UP ONCE? You may only register for one position and you may not register other parties as they need to complete their own registration so we have record of each person on site. If you register for more than one position we will cancel all positions.
• WHAT ABOUT FOOD/DRINK/ETC? The tour is not able to provide food and drinks for volunteers but you are welcome to bring your own. Sorry, volunteers are not permitted in the tour catering area as this is reserved for tour staff and it's the only chance for our staff to eat together and relax before the show.
• I WANT TO WORK ______ POSITION. That's awesome... we will totally try to acommodate your request but cannot guarantee. We ask that you are flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• I REGISTERED... NOW WHAT? Check your email where you'll see your confirmation and volunteer ticket. Once you are registered you don't need to do anything else. Our team will contact you via email with important information prior to the show date so please make sure to put your volunteer shift on your calendar so you don't forget!
