NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS, FACULTY, STAFF AND ALUMNI

- Students - want to delay your move out time from the SU residence halls?
VOLUNTEER AT THE PRESIDENT'S COMMENCEMENT BRUNCH ON SATURDAY, JUNE 14!!!
Help us congratulate the graduates on their academic achievement and welcome the newest alumni into the Seattle University Alumni Association.
Tickets are required in order to attend the brunch, however, admission is FREE for volunteers.
How you can help
Students: Assist people at the shuttle bus station on campus, work at the registration table, greet guest, usher guests to tables or help clean up after the event. Faculty, staff, and alumni: Sit with families and share their joyous experiences at Seattle University and your experiences as alumni, faculty and staff.
Volunteers are requested to arrive at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel by 8:00 a.m. You will be done by 1:00 p.m. at the latest.
Parking
There is FREE parking on SU campus on Saturday, June 14 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
There will be two shuttle buses to take volunteers from SU campus to the Sheraton Hotel. Both shuttles leave from the SU Seal on campus at 7:45am and will arrive at the Sheraton by 8am.
Additionally, there is parking is available for a fee at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel and at the Washington Athletic Club across the street.
