VOLUNTEER FOR THE BRIDGE RUN!

The 2014 CC Bridge Run cannot happen without your help! Volunteers are an extremely valuable component in ALL of our races, and it's a great way for runners' family and friends to become involved and cheer runners on!! Help support your community and invite others to volunteer with you on Race Day! All volunteers receive a free t-shirt and are welcome to enjoy the live music, free food and refreshments after the race! Come join in on the fun!

2014 Allstate Sugar Bowl Crescent Connection Bridge Run INFO
At 4 miles, and rising to a height of more than 300 feet over the river, this race gives participants a breathtaking view of the city's skyline at sunset. Ending along the river in the Warehouse District, the Crescent Connection "Bridge Run" is a favorite among both serious runners and young professionals.

WATER STATIONS:
To help keep you hydrated, Kentwood Springs Water will be available at the start, on the bridge and at the finish area. Reminder: Enjoy the exhilarating race over the Mississippi River, but expect warm & humid New Orleans conditions! Be sure to drink plenty of Kentwood Springs Water before, during & after the race.

T-SHIRTS:
Commemorative race shirts will be available to preregistered entrants who can pick up their shirt on race day at the end of the race.

SCORING & AWARDS:
The time and place for all finishers will be recorded. Overall awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the open division. Awards will be given to the 1st overall male and female finishers in the masters and grandmasters divisions, as well as to the top male and female finishers in each of the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
NOTE: No duplication of awards.

BUS TRANSPORTATION:
FREE Bus service will be available to bring race participants to the West Jefferson Fitness Center before the race from 4:00pm until 5:30pm. It will also be provided following the race from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. See ccc10k.com for more info on excat pick-up locations.

FESTIVITIES:
Participants are invited to attend a great party & awards ceremony after the race. Live entertainment, water, Michelob-Ultra Beer, soft drinks and food will be provided for race participants at the post-race party.
