With so many different options on how to live, where to work, and what to do, how do you create a viable, exciting and actionable vision? How do you identify, design and create a vision for yourself and your work that integrates your values, your strengths and your passions? How do you sift through the myriad of distractions and opportunities and identify how you most want to spend your time?
This workshop uses a variety of methodologies to equip participants with the tools they need to create their own visions and initiative maps. It blends tools from neuroscience & strategy, improv and management to tap into multiple forms of knowledge to begin identifying personal and group visions. Participants will come away with their own initial visioning map, which they can build on through the semester.
The format will be 2 2-hour Labs; size limited to 20 participants per Lab.
