We are excited to announce that VRLA #3 will be held on Saturday, August 16th, at New Deal Studios, a visual effects studio that produced movies like Inception and The Dark Knight. Come for a day of exclusive virtual reality demos and presentations on their massive soundstage. It will be our biggest and baddest event thus far, offering the most VR experiences to date!
VRLA sits at the intersection of virtual reality, cinema, science, entertainment, and the maker movement. Listen to presentations from the leading minds of LA, who will discuss the burgeoning industry of VR. Tour New Deal Studios, a studio typically closed to the public, and see how they build breathtaking worlds with practical effects and miniature models.

As we continue to build a community bringing together likeminded individuals from VR, tech, and entertainment, we strive to push the limits with our events. Thanks to the overwhelming, unprecedented support to see VR dreams realized, we had a lot of help making our first events free. However, to help keep up our DIY spirit, defray costs, and continue to make these events bigger and better, we are requesting a modest fee of $10 for entry to this event.
