Prearis Quadrupel

Quadrupel (Quad) Ale - 10% 50 IBUs
Prearis Quadrupel was crowned best craft beer (home brewed) Belgium 2011, this is a very unique take on a traditional Belgian Quadruple. This is what Paul Arnott, masterbrewer at Brewery Dubuisson mentioned: "What a maturity for a craft beer: all hearty, rich and balanced, very mature. A beer to enjoy!" Aroma: caramel, dark fruits. Taste: Malty roasted and chocolate malt slighty bitter, dark fruits, caramel. Aftertaste: malty and mild bitter

Prearis Blond (Saison)

Saison - 6% 35 IBUs
Prearis Blond is a refreshing blond beer with a fruity citrus aroma. The taste is malty and fruity with a hoppy, mild bitter and dry finish.

Triporteur From Heaven

Belgian Pale Ale - 6.2% 28 IBUs
A heavily hopped beer brewed using home-baked malt. Triporteur From Heaven is the modern version of traditional hopped ale. It is a heavenly beer brewed with home-baked BOM malt. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can produce a light cloudiness. The taste of Heaven remains evolving in the bottle.

Belgian Tripel - 8.5%
Lupulus is a blonde ale (tripel) with an alcohol proof of 8,5 %, refermented in champagne bottles and in casks. The choice not to filter the beer, as well as not to pasteurize it ensures its taste and aromatic quality. The use of hops in considerable quantities, in the cauldron as well as in full fermentation, gives this liquid gold a freshness and an incomparable bouquet. Store this beer, as it ought to be, next to your beloved Grand-Cru and serve at a temperature between 8 and 12*C

Lupulus Noire d'Ardennes

Belgian Dark Strong Ale - 8.5%
Lupulus dark is a brown ale with an alcohol proof of 8,5 %, refermented in champagne bottles. The beer is very attenuated, so not difficult to drink because it's not heavy. The coloring is due to some candy sugar. At the end of boiling, a small quantity of orange peels is added. According to the persons who have already tasted it, this brown ale is very different from traditional brown ale and a very estimated beer.

Wolf 7

Belgian Pale Ale - 7.4%
Golden beer with a beautiful firm white head. In the aroma you distinguish mainly vanilla, white pepper, and some fruity scents. The main palate is soft sweet, creamy with a somber alcohol impression. In the aftertaste you notice some stone fruits (peach, nectarine) and a soft and smooth bitterness is elegantly present. In short, a savory blond with a complaisant character.

Ter Dolen Kriek

Fruit Beer - 4.5%
This latest brew of Castle Brewery De Dool is a real success story and also unique in the world as a cherry abbey beer and therefore served in 33 centilitre glasses. This unfiltered top-fermented beer to which fresh cherry juice is added, is made from one type of wheat and malt and two kinds of hops with addition of spices like coriander and orange peel. It is a sweet fruit beer with a lemon flavour without denying the real beer taste.

Bastogne La Trouffette Junifer

Belgian Strong Ale - 7.8%
Is great full-flavored Dark Brown brewed with 4 kinds of malts. Not only has it several malts, the brewer includes 4 different kinds of hops originating from Belgium and US. To justify its name, the brewer includes Juniper Berry to the brew which is a very common spice for that particular region and is used to make gin. To make this Junifer even more complex, they are using the yeast from Orval which gives it a very unique flavor.

Bastogne La Trouffette Belgian Pale Ale

Belgian Pale Ale - 5.2%
Lighter IPA style, golden in color with a lacey head. The brewer uses 3 different malts and 4 kinds of hops from Germany and the US. They are also using a particular spelt which is a cereal typical for their area. This Ale is not filtered and bottle conditioned with the yeast from the Orval Monastery.

Bastogne La Trouffette Belle D'Ete

Witbier - 5.7%
Wheat beer with very fruity notes of the Coriander and Orange Peel. They are using 1 type of malt and Belgian wheat together with 4 different kinds of hops which is unusual for a wheat beer. This beer is bottle conditioned with their infamous Orval yeast given by the Monks.

Triporteur From Hell

Belgian Dark Strong Ale - 6.66% 32 IBUs
Triporteur From Hell is a dark beer brewed with hellish burned and roasted BOM malt. The beer reminds us of chocolate, caramel, recently brewed coffee and freshly baked bread. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can cause a slight cloudiness. The taste of Hell keeps evolving in the bottle.
