*Click REGISTER for the submission form*
Submit by: End of day, Sunday August 24
Selection Notification by: Sunday August 31 (this gives you 3 weeks to plan and prepare)
Our goal is to let everyone who submits abstracts be a speaker, so plan to come either way! However, we may not be able to fit in every session that's submitted. Sessions will most likely be 60 minutes or 75 minutes long, again, depending on how many sessions we are trying to fit into the day.
If you are submitting multiple abstracts, put a number next to each iteration of your name e.g.
Sally Doe (1)
Sally Doe (2)
so that they will all be listed on session submission list. Otherwise, EventBrite groups them by unique name and you'll only see one of your sessions listed. (Don't worry, we'll see them all in admin mode.)
OUT OF TOWN SPEAKERS:
The Code Camp is the same weekend (as always) as the big Hot Rod show which means the cheap hotels & motels will be booked solid. Grab a reservation as soon as you can and then cancel if you have to.
Here's a pre-filtered list of local hotels/motels/etc for booking via the Champlain Regional Chamber
