The Orange County Breastfeeding Coalition(OCBFC) and the County of Orange Health Care Agency hope you are interested in exhibiting at our November 16th2012 conference featuring Lynn Hunt, Carol Suchy, Rayleen Phillips, Christine Betzold and Nancy Clifton-Hawkins. The OCBFC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate, advocate, and facilitate the support and promotion of breastfeeding. We welcome you as a resource at our conference this year.
Expectation: All sponsor(s), exhibitor(s), or non-profit exhibitor(s) must be compliant to the WHO Code on the Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes which includes no promotion of bottle feeding or artificial nipples.
Attendance: We hope to attract approximately 70 participants including Registered Nurses, Public Health Nurses, Hospital Administrators, Physicians, Teachers, Lactation Consultants and Educators, and other health care providers with an interest in breastfeeding support.
Location: The OCHCA Public Health Training Center

Parking: Free parking is available.
Time: The conference is scheduled from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Sponsor, Exhibitor, or non-profit exhibitor set-up is from 7:45 am- 8:15 am. As a professional courtesy to other exhibitor(s), no exhibits should be dismantled before 3:30 pm.
Exhibitor(s) can display their literature, handouts, posters, and sell their products. Please Note: Vertical informational displays are eye catching. Freestanding posters preferred. No promotional or display items may be attached or tacked on to the walls.
OCBFC: will provide a table with two (2) chairs for each sponsor, exhibitor, or non-profit exhibitor. Participants will have dedicated time to visit the exhibits during meal periods and breaks.
Cost (will not include meals):
Sponsor(s), $150, receive logo advertising and a link on the OCBFC website as a sponsor, a table, two (2) chairs.
Exhibitor(s), $75 with a raffle prize donation, receive a table, two (2) chairs.
Non-profit exhibitor(s) will share half a table and have (1) chair each. No fee; in the spirit of reciprocity.
Sponsor(s) and non-profit exhibitor(s) are encouraged to supply a donated door prize (e.g. gift certificates, products, or gift baskets)
Cancellation must be in writing.
No refunds given after June 1, 2013
Additional Optional Fees:
Continuing education credit $55; must attend conference. You can pay any additional fees upon arrival.
Please fill out and sign the vendor agreement below to ensure an exhibit table for your organization at our conference. If paying via website, complete registration by faxing agreement.
