VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM: September Saturdays Festival
This registration form is for non-food vendor booths.
Vendors may not sell or give away food items, water or drinks from their booths.
Booth space is set up to accommodate at 10' x 10' tent.
Power is not provided to regular booths. Please supply your own generator if needed. Event is rain or shine, no refunds.
Set-up will begin at 9 a.m. on each Saturday - not earlier. Vendors/Exhibitors will be allowed to drive their vehicle into the marketplace area and unload after 9 a.m., but must immediately move their vehicles. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area no later than 11 a.m.
The event opens to the Public at 11:45 a.m. and goes through 6:30 p.m.
Applications will not be accepted in the following categories due to exclusive/gold sponsorships: automobiles, banking, dentistry, insurance, beverage/water. Additional sponsors may join the festival. Please check the web site for presenting and gold sponsors who have exclusivity.

The purpose of the Communications and Community Relations Department is to develop an interactive and proactive program of communication and community relations to inform, educate, and involve citizens and employees of Douglas County with their government to increase participation, satisfaction, and a sense of ownership.To this end, the Department has three goals:
- increase the communications and flow of information between the County and its citizens;
- develop a positive, distinctive image for Douglas County; and
- create initiatives and events to bring employees together, bring neighborhoods together, and to increase spirit and pride in the County.
