It's time to KICK OFF our first....

Douglas County Kids EXPO

A day filled with fun for Douglas County families to PLAY - LEARN - SHOP and EXPLORE!

The event is:

Saturday, October 10th 10am - 3pm

indoors at the

Douglas County Fairgrounds, Event Center

We are looking for family focused businesses that serve Douglas County to participate as a vendors. We have 10x10 booth spaces available as well as smaller tables. Our aim is to provide a diverse group of participating vendors -- we want YOU!

We are looking to have 2500-3000 guests at our first event. This is a great opportunity for your business to reach thousands of Douglas County families!

This event is geared for families with children age 1-12. We will have bouncy castles, food trucks, face painting, balloon artists, as well as emergency responder vehicles for kids to explore.

Each child will be given a 'dance around card' (for lack of a better term) that they will take to each booth. When they have visited every booth and their card is full they will turn it in at the exit for a prize! This is a great tool to encourage engagement between guests and vendors.

We do anticipate this event to be a huge hit within the community and we plan to bring it back year after year. As a thank you for supporting our efforts to bring this to Douglas County this year, your rate will be 'grandfathered' in for years to come! Meaning if rates go up next year -- yours will stay the same! This is our way of saying thank you.

After you purchase your booth/table you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite immediately. If there are any conflicts with your registration you will be contacted within 2-3 days.

Two weeks before the event you will be sent a detailed email about your Vendor Set-up, and any other important information.
