The first place winner of the Quimby/AGO Region III Young Organist Competition, Tyler Canonico, will be coming to Wilson College. Tyler is quite the accomplished organist at his young age. He is currently studying organ and piano with Dr. Shelly Moorman-Stahlman at Lebanon Valley College and is majoring in music with a concentration in Organ Performance and Sacred Music. Due to his astounding accomplishments on the organ, Tyler has received the Vernon de Tarr Scholarship from the Delaware Chapter of Organists. Today, Tyler is the organist and Director of music at First United Methodist Church in Palmyra, Pa. There, he conducts the adult choir, two children's choirs, youth choir and handbell choir!
