If you are interested in learning more about the work of the Vail Leadership Institute, join us for a 90 minute overview of the Institute’s current work and program offerings. This once per month session is a great way to get to know the people behind the Institute, and learn how the Institute is developing learning opportunities for locals and visitors to the Vail Valley.

Executive RoundTable members engage with an advisory group of eight people. Within our Executive Round Table group, scenarios are discussed and the answers are derived from the collective wisdom of the group. We understand adult learning and allow each member to be involved in self-directed learning. Each year, we have a two-day retreat that focuses on values and purpose.
