Welcome to Vacation Bible Camp at Community Church!
A wonderful week of fun and learning while
growing in faith awaits your children!
Vacation Bible Camp activities, with craft, games, cooking, music, science and drama classes, help children explore a classic Bible story each day, while learning a practical lesson that relates to their experience as Pre-K and elementary school children.
At Community Church, we welcome all people, regardless of past or present denomination or church affiliation. Our congregation is made up of individuals and families from at least 16 different church backgrounds, who express a desire to live a Christian life, guided by the core teachings of Jesus Christ. Our faith and beliefs are as numerous as there are members - each person is encouraged to discover what he/she believes about God, faith and practice.
We invite you to think of Community Church as your church home and join us for
Family Worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30am (9:30am from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Vacation Bible School is held Monday, Aug. 27th - Friday, Aug. 31st from 9am to 2pm for children age 3 through 5th Grade. Students entering 6th grade and older may participate by contacting Jennifer@CommunityChurch.org.
Costs for our VBC program consists of two parts:
1. Registration Fees cover program costs, such as staff, curriculum and materials.
2. Parent Participation, with each family providing a few hours of onsite help, allows us to keep our Registration Fee low, as it means we don’t have to hire additional staff.
Our Registration Fees are as follows:
· Members: $100 per child
· Non-Members: $125 per child
Registration Fees are non-refundable and are the same for full or partial week attendance.
After we receive your registration form, you will receive an email with more information about the week.
Toilet Training Requirements
All children must be FULLY toliet-trained to participate in Vacation Bible Camp. Please do not register children who still require diapers and/or pull-ups, even if they meet the minimum age requirement of 3 years old. VBC staff and volunteers will not change children - we don not have the license or facilities to do so. Parents whose children exhibit ongoing difficultly in facilities use once VBC is underway will need to remain onsite for the duration of VBC.
