Please join the Instructional Designer for the University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education, Carolyn Siccama, for an overview of online learning at UVM. In this session, Carolyn will demonstrate important features of your online experience, including:

  • Information about our online and hybrid courses
  • Expectations for being a successful online learner
  • The process of choosing an online or hybrid course
  • Resources available related to learning online
  • A brief Blackboard demonstration, reviewing some of the elements of a sample online course
