CMs will understand how to stretch students’ learning by incorporating rigorous, effective writing instruction with science content when executing labs. CMs will practice using rubrics and giving feedback on students’ writing. CMs will learn how to purposefully plan for more organized, literacy-based lab experiences for their students. CMs will also learn effective lab management techniques.
