Phil Davis serves as CEO of Rapleaf. Prior to Rapleaf, Phil was the President of ConsumerBase where he ran their data division and digital agency. Prior to ConsumerBase, Phil was the SVP / HD of the newly formed online division of Equifax. Before Equifax, Phil was part of the management team that took Daleen Technologies public.Phil holds his BS from Vanderbilt University. He resides in the Chicago area with his high school sweetheart and their two daughters.
Jeff serves as Chief Technology Officer for edō and is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution for the systems that power the edō offer platforms. Before joining edō in 2012, Jeff held a series of key roles at Orbitz Worldwide including Vice President, Engineering, Vice President of Product Strategy and Senior Director of Technology, ebookers. Jeff was one of the initial developers of the Orbitz hotel and private label systems after joining the company in 2002. Before joining Orbitz, Jeff was a technology consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in web and mobile technologies. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Whitney Calkins is an Associate Director in Strategy & Analysis at Digitas. She currently leads measurement planning and reporting for Sprint consumer marketing efforts. Prior to Digitas, Whitney worked in Strategic Marketing at Tribune Interactive. Before her strategy and analytics roles, Whitney worked in account management at Leapfrog Online and Euro RSCG Chicago. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Paul Spiller serves as SVP of Finance & Strategy at Belly and is responsible for incorporating data-based decision making across the organization to optimize business processes and drive growth strategies. Prior to Belly, Paul was Senior Director of Business Strategy at Campus Explorer, a consumer web startup focused on the EDU leadgen space. He also held a corporate strategy position at redbox and advised Fortune 100 companies on corporate transformations at Galt & Company. Paul holds a BS degree in Business Economics from BGSU and a Master of Economics degree from Miami University.
Erik is the founder and CEO of SimpleRelevance, a leading email personalization platform. As a student at the University of North Carolina, he was part of the founding team for iContact (a leader in email marketing), started and operated MainBrain, a K-12 education software infrastructure company, and helped run a small consulting firm.After college, Erik took a consulting job at IBM and in six years rose to a position as a Partner in IBM’s IT Optimization Practice. Erik completed his MBA from Kellogg in 2012. He is a Chicago-based serial Entrepreneur, Intrapreneur, and business leader who is an avid mountain climber, water polo player, ironman triathlete, skier and adventure seeker.
