This three-class workshop series is a deep dive into the world of User Research. Whether you're conducting research for a startup or working on an established product, the way to success is intensive research with past, current and potential customers. This class for Founders, Product Marketers, UX Designers and Community Managers who want to interview people to gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, values, needs and behaviors. Students will learn how to recruit the right users, how to interview effectively to collect the right data, and finally how to analyze that data and present it to your team or client. Once you understand your users - or potential users - you can build more engaging products and learn to speak in their language and not yours.
