Join us for a night of all things Uplands Cheese. We will start the evening with a sampling of the award winning Uplands cheeses, presented by Uplands' cheesemaker, Andy Hatch. Following that will be a meat raffle of a whole hog that has been broken down into cuts and for $3 a ticket, we raffle off different parts of the hog for you to take home and enjoy. This is no ordinary hog, however. It is a Berskshire that has been raised at Uplands, fattening up on the left over whey from the cheesemaking as well as being out on pasture their whole lives. The last couple months, they are finished on acorns.
