Unwrapping the Secrets of Chocolate
Friday, June 24, 2011 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PDT)
Christchurch, New Zealand
An event to celebrate the International Year of Chemistry, Unwrapping the Secrets of Chocolate explores the different aspects of chocolate - its chemistry, history, production, and ability to produce cravings - in a series of short talks by different speakers.
The talks will start at 8 pm and will be finished by 9.15 pm.
If you would like to accompany the talk with dessert and/or drinks (and who wouldn't!), these can be ordered prior to 8 pm. The restaurant will be open from 7.30 pm to allow you time to place your orders and pay for your desserts/drinks before the talks begin.
