The University of Louisville conducts catered events each year, using a variety of catering services. Catering choices are the purview of departmental business managers who work throughout the three U of L campuses.
University business managers are familiar with the University’s commitment to support local food and they are encouraged to consider local food availability when they order catering services. As a result, you are being invited to a Local Caterers’ Fair on the Belknap Campus from noon to 1:30 on Monday, Dec 3, 2012 @ the Red Barn.
You’re invited to bring your locally-oriented menu items, price lists, samples and any other relevant information to share with University representatives at that time.
Louisville Farm to Table will provide tables, table cloths and electricity (bring your own extension cord)
There is no cost to participate in this event, but you must register at by Nov. 19. When you register we will send you paperwork that is required for giving out samples.
