Digital cameras are as much computers as they are cameras. This class will teach you how to understand your camera and the basic menu operations. If you have ever wondered about the difference in P mode and A mode; the best metering method; which autofocus choice to make; or how ISO settings affect your pictures, this class is for you.
Lens selection, storage cards, extra batteries and other accessories will be discussed as well as when to shoot Raw or JPG. Other topics include picture styles, white balance and focusing strategies.
This class is not specific to any particular camera manufacturer. It's designed for owners of DSLR cameras or advanced interchangeable lens cameras (like the Nikon J or Micro Four Thirds systems) but any digital camera is welcome.
Whether you purchased the camera for yourself, or received it as a gift, this is the class to get all of your questions answered!
Class duration is two and a half hours, with time for questions.
