User Experience is how a user or customer interacts with your product. When you design for the user, you try to make their experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Designers have been perfecting user experience on computers for a long time, but now mobile user experience has become just as important, and can often be more difficult. Good touch interaction patterns are still emerging for mobile use, and only recently being adopted by users. To understand the complexities of these systems, UX designers are usually required to document the creation process in way that is readable and useful. Join this online class to learn best practices and develop your mobile strategy.
We will email all registered students a link to the class on Tuesday, 9 April at 10 a.m. Hong Kong time. Students can then watch the class anytime they choose.
