Reading a DUI arrest report may leave the attorney with little hope in approaching a DUI case. But there may be issues. Did the officer administer the test properly? Note appropriate DUI clues? Use the standardized tests instead of the non-standardized tests? Anyone defending a DUI case must know these details.
About the Speaker
Eric Ganci practices exclusively DUI defense, and is committed to excellence as a trial attorney.
