The meeting is entitled "The Power of Economic Development." It will explore the impact of economic development on the revitalization of our urban communities and the community service to investment opportunities that exist for young professionals like ourselves to be an active part of the change. Our featured speakers include:

Urban League of Essex County Young Professionals


The Urban League of Essex County Young Professionals (ULECYP) is a unique membership arm of the Urban League of Essex County (ULEC) designed to serve as an empowerment forum for individuals ages 21 to 40. ULECYP’s purpose is to actively support ULEC’s mission and goals to ensure economic self-reliance, and civil rights parity and power of the disadvantaged. ULECYP aims to offer Essex County’s socially conscious and civically engaged emerging professionals of tomorrow as well as established leaders of today in-valuable opportunities to serve our local communities and changing lives through volunteerism, civic activism and leadership empowerment.
