How Our Emotions Influence Our Lives at Work and at Home (1 hour of CE credit available)
Looking at the intersection of emotional theory and intelligence theory, we will explore how we develop our intelligence about emotions. Through interactive activities learn how we use our emotional intelligence at home and work and how we might be more effective in doing so. This will be a thoughtful presentation about how the application of emotional intelligence theory can improve outcomes even in situations not thought of as emotional in nature.
