Campus Welcome Message:

Greetings and welcome to the Gainesville campus of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. The UF College of Pharmacy is the oldest health care education program at the University of Florida. Established in 1923 the UF College of Pharmacy is consistently ranked in the top ten colleges of pharmacy in the United States.

The Gainesville campus is located in the UF Health Science Center, which is the country’s only academic health center with six health-related colleges (Medicine, Nursing, Public Health and Health Professions, Dentistry, and Veterinary Medicine), five major health-related research Centers and Institutes, and UF & Shands.

The Gainesville campus has an enrollment of over 500 pharmacy students with 135 new pharmacy students admitted each fall semester. Many pharmacy student organizations are available to assist students in their professional development. Students participate in a wide variety of health care events and activities such as Poison Prevention Week, American Pharmacy Week, Gator Health Fest, Generation Rx, Breast Cancer Awareness, World AIDS Day, and many others.

Our dedicated and professional staff and faculty work personally with the students to assist them in reaching their professional and academic goals.

We hope to see you on our campus soon!
