Meeting of the Minds Mix & Mingle
Friday, September 20th
7:00pm - 11:00pm
We are kicking off our 7th annual literary event on Friday night with a “meeting of the minds” conversation.
Here is your opportunity to ask our invited male panel their perspective on relationships (from dating to marriage and fatherhood), literary impact, community involvement, and anything else you can get them to answer!
This will be a fun evening full of insight and candid conversation.
If you would like to submit a question, please forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
$25 ticket price includes entrance and appetizers.
When & Where
United California African-American Bookclubs (UCAAB) was founded in 2003 as a way for African-American book clubs in California to network, support, and promote our reading groups and the authors we love to read. Many of us live, work, and meet in the same area, but rarely do we get a chance to come together as ONE! UCAAB is our way of officially creating and sustaining a cohesive environment that celebrates each clubs' individuality, encourages community bonding, embraces the bonding of diverse men and women who love to read, and supports the literary contributions of authors of African descent.
