Ampush is one of Facebook's Strategic Preferred Marketing Developers. Here, Andy leads a team responsible for millions in annual revenue on Facebook, specializing in Direct Response verticals like e-commerce, entertainment, and travel. His clients include Rdio, HotelTonight, and LivingSocial. Andy's team also helped drive integration with mobile measurement partners to effectively analyze and optimize for user quality and LTV within the mobile landscape.
Ilya Shereshevsky, Sr. Performance Marketing Manager at DeNA
Ilya currently leads the user acquisition and creative services teams at DeNA. Prior to DeNA, he has held Product Marketing positions at Exent Technologies, OnLive, SEGA, Glu Mobile, and RealNetworks. He holds an MBA in from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business as well as a BS in Accounting and BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
Kady Srinivasan, VP, User Acquisition and Growth Marketing at Betable
Before joining Betable, Kady Srinivasan was Head of Analytics and User Acquisition at Booyah and Ubisoft where she drove substantial improvements in analytics sophistication and ROI driven user acquisition. Prior to that she was a Director of Marketing Analytics at Symphony IRI working with big CPG companies to drive top-line growth and profit. Kady holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Scott Bauer Head of User Acquisition and Monetization at Blue Shell Games
Scott is a top-tier marketer with a proven record of identifying new traffic sources, developing targeted acquisition strategies, and growing his game's user base. He's honed his analytical skills over the years at organizations like Caesars Entertainment, Station Casinos, TinyCo, and most recently Blue Shell Games. Scott's ability to translate billions of rows of data into actionable insights allows for the most cost-effective and profit-driven acquisition strategies possible.
Tyler York, Director of Business Development at Grantoo
Tyler currently heads up the games side of Grantoo, where he runs business development, marketing and PR. On the side, he organizes the Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention (ARM) Meet-Up Group, and recently co-hosted the "UA is Hard" Mini-Conference. Before Grantoo, Tyler was the second employee at Betable and ran marketing for players and developers, covering everything from paid user acquisition to blogging and events. Tyler began his tech career in the True Ventures' True Entrepreneur Corps program, during which he also moonlighted as a marketing intern at Lookout Mobile Security.
Lauren Feldman, Growth & Monetization Consultant
Lauren is a seasoned product manager & data evangelist with a track record of building great products utilizing data-driven design and subjective instinct. She specializes in discovery, growth and monetization of social and web entertainment; helping teams establish, evaluate and iterate on their products using analytics. Lauren has an academic background in fine art and computer and information technology.

Before starting Playnomics, Chethan spent three years as a partner at a boutique investment fund where he structured, launched, and ran new technology joint ventures. Prior to that, he was part of the founding team and Director of Business Development of a venture backed startup focused on applying predictive analytics to information security. Chethan also has previous experience in technology investment banking and strategy consulting.
