About the Speakers

Ernie Svenson
has practiced law for 26 years, the last 12 of which he's spent learning how to use technology to be more efficient. He’s traveled the country speaking to bar associations and is a regular speaker at the annual ABA TechShow in Chicago.

He's the author of the recently published Acrobat in One Hour for Lawyers (ABA publication), and Blogging in One Hour for Lawyers (ABA Publication).

Dane Ciolino
is a professor at Loyola Law School in New Orleans, who teaches Ethics, Trial Advocacy and Criminal Law. His Louisiana Legal Ethics blog is widely read by lawyers.

He has practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, and Stone Pigman in New Orleans. Today, as a solo lawyer, he represents lawyers with ethics problems. And he recently published Louisiana Legal Ethics: Standards & Commentary.

Adriana Linares
runs LawTech Partners, which teaches lawyers around the country to get more from software they already own. She routinely speaks at the ABA TechShow, and at state bar associations around the country.

She's an expert in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Adriana speaks fluent Spanish, and has worked for law firms in Spain, Brazil and Venezuela. Mostly, she's an exceptional explainer and speaker.

Andrew Legrand
started a virtual law firm right after graduating from law school in 2011. He serves business clients around the country, making use of technology in novel ways.

His rapid success is truly remarkable, and has captured media attention from Forbes, Business Insider, and Mo.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do your seminars qualify for CLE in other states?
It depends on the other state. Typically, most states will accept CLE credit from Louisiana approved programs like ours if you submit a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, along with a printout of the course agenda. We supply you with everything that you might need in our written materials, and the rest is up to you.

Do you allow non-lawyers to attend?
Yes, we love to have your staff members attend. Just have them enter the promocode ‘nocle’ (without the single apostrophes) and they’ll get a discount off the standard price that is based on CLE credit.

How can I get more useful information of the sort you delivered in your presentation?
First, subscribe to our email newsletter so you can get periodic tips and reminders. We offer special deals to our subscribers that we don’t make available to the general public, including a free guide on how to create a paperless law office.

Do you guys really refund money automatically if someone just doesn’t show up at a seminar?
Yes, we do. And the reason we do is simple: we know what it’s like to run a law practice, and we want to help you make your life easier. Once you come to one our seminars you’ll understand that we’re not anything like other CLE providers. We want you to learn how to improve your law practice in a way that makes you more efficient and less stressed-out.
