• How to calculate your expected return on investment (ROE) and cash flow from a property you are looking at purchasing.
• Which factors to consider regarding a purchase: location, cash flow, realistic rents, appreciation, proper leveraging for that property, and more.
• The actual calculations, spreadsheets, steps and websites that the presenter has used successfully for many years, and take home copies.
