Event Details

A gathering of authors and readers for tweeting and storytelling to celebrate the Twitter Fiction Festival. 

Eat and tweet in the lovely Margaret Liebman Berger Forum while mingling and watching some of the selected authors participate in the festival live.

The Twitter Fiction Festival is running online from November 28 to December 2, 2012, drawn from submissions from around the world.

The selection panel included writers Ben Marcus, Emily Raboteau; Meg Waite Clayton (@megwclayton) and Teju Cole(@tejucole), in addition to Lee Ellis (@lhe2103), the assistant fiction editor at The New Yorker; Ryan Chapman (@chapmanchapman), marketing director for The Penguin Press; Sean McDonald (@neverrockfila) executive editor of Farrar, Straus and Giroux;  and Yael Goldstein Love (@ygoldlove), co-founder and editorial director of Plympton 

The Festival Live Event is hosted by TwitterThe New York Public LibraryPlympton and The Brown Institute for Media Innovation. Refreshments provided by Chelsea Catering.
