We’ll demonstrate how Milestone Consulting Group’s RPM for Project Server™ provides tools for managers, directors, and project managers, to quickly reflect commitments for all types of work and negotiate for resources. By the end of the session, you will have a firm grasp on how to get started with Resource Portfolio Management whether or not you choose to use our tool.
