Canan Ediboğlu, had her secondary education at Ancaster House School and studied economics in Southampton University, receiving her Masters Degree in Financial Managerial Control in the same university. Canan started her professional career as the Research Assistant at the Southampton University and returned to Turkey in 1980 when she first joined Shell to be appointed as the Planning Manager. After working in various departments of Shell companies in Turkey, mainly marketing, treasury and planning, she assumed the position of the Treasurer in 1992. She was appointed the General Manager of Shell Turkey in 2002 in addition to her responsibilities as the Finance Director and in June 2006, the Country Chair of Shell Companies in Turkey. Canan, received “the most successful woman executive in Turkey” award by Turkey’s most prominent business daily Dunya in 2002.Between 2002-2009 she was chosen among the most powerful businesswoman of the year in Turkey by Capital magazine. Canan is the founding Board member of Embarq &Chairperson - Centre for Sustainable Transport aiming to reduce fuel use, air pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions, improve public health through the reduction of urban transport emissions in Istanbul. She is also the board member of Autism Society,Common Purpose, World Wildlife Fund and SEV Foundation in Turkey. Canan is a non executive board member of ING Bank and Aygaz in Turkey.
Cansen Başaran Symes, has been the PwC Turkey leader and senior partner in charge of country operations since 1 July 1998. She has played an important role in PwC Turkey from its establishment in 1981 up to the present. She was a member of the board of directors of PwC – Central and Eastern Europe Region between 1998 - 2005 and she was board member in PwC Eurofirm in between 2005 - 2008.Named a “Global Leader of Tomorrow” at the 2000 World Economic Forum, Cansen was invited to join the active 100 “Global Leaders for Tomorrow” community in 2004. Cansen was named “1999 Executive of the Year” by Istanbul University/Dunya newspaper, one of the “Most Successful Business Women” in 2000 again by Dunya and most recently in 2006 one of the “Most Modern and Successful Turkish Women” by the Lions Association. Cansen graduated from the Istanbul University Business Administration Department. She is married and she has a son.
Galya Frayman Molinas is Coca-Cola Turkey, Caucasus & Central Asia President.Galya, began her career at Unilever Turkey as product manager.Joining the Coca-Cola family in 1996, Molinas served as Marketing Director in Turkey and Central Europe & Russia Divisions.In 2007 and 2008, she led Coca-Cola marketing function in Eurasia Group, a geography including Russia, India, Adriatic & Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East.Galia was named Coca-Cola Turkey Business Unit President in 2009. She assumed expanded responsibility for Caucasus and Central Asia territory in 2012.She chairs Coca-Cola Life Plus Foundation in Turkey and has served as a founding member at Coca-Cola Global Women's Leadership Council.Galia also chairs Turkey Business Council for Sustainable Development, serves as a board member of Turkey International Investors Association, and a founding member of Turkey's 'Partners for New Beginnings' platform.She is graduated from Bosphorus University, Department of Business Administration, She is married, with two children.
