Turkish Cooking Classes @ Turkish American Society of Chicago

Ladies Cooking Club invites you to join us for learning and enjoying three traditional Turkish recipes in each class during our 8-week cooking workshop! Full meal will be served following each class. Vegetarian dishes are available too! Classes will be held on Saturdays @ 1:00-3:00pm.

Dates: February 22nd, March 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th, April 5th, 12th, 19th(No class on March 22nd).

Location: Turkish American Society of Chicago. 501 Midway Dr. Mt. Prospect, IL 60056.

Cost per person: $100 for 8-week sessions if paid in full, or $60 for 4-week sessions. Only 10 spots available, register today! (Ladies only)

Turkish American Society of Chicago

Turkish American Society is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization established in Illinois in 1997. TAS plans and executes cultural, intercultural, educational, religious, charitable, literary, sporting, and social programs and activities.

The mission of TAS has two complementary and synergistic components:

1-To serve the Turkish-American in the Midwest to better integrate into the society.

2-To introduce the Turkish Culture to the community to cultivate friendship and promote a better understanding of diverse cultures through dialog and exchange of information.

The association works to strengthen intercultural community and ensure a positive experience for those who are willing to participate in cross cultural activities. TAS also seeks to enrich the experience of the entire community by providing opportunities to engage and educate the community related to diversity.
