Tuesday, February 12th, 2013: Pacific Brewing Laboratory presents Mission Bowling Club Brewers Dinner
Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PST)
Please join us for a night of spectacular beer and sumptuous food. Mission Bowling Club's executive chef Chris Kiyuna (Front Porch, Coi) has created a 3-course menu paired with our three beers (Squid Ink, Nautilus, Imperial IPA). Included with your ticket price is entry for a raffle. Raffle winners get a chance to bowl for various prizes. Ticket price is $55 and gratuity is not included.
1st: Seared Scallops:
Pistachio romesco, charred avocado, blood orange, chervil
Beer Pairing: Nautilus
2nd: 'Major' Steak Salad:
Fried oysters, sliced steak (Teres Major cut), Moroccan olives, escarole, smokey vinaigrette
Beer Pairing: Squid Ink Black Ale
3rd: Pork Belly n Grits:
Coconut milk grits, lime, radishes, basil and a molasses drizzle
Beer Pairing: Imperial IPA

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the dinner start time. Guests that arrive after the start of the dinner will be seated, but will not be guaranteed any courses or beers that have already been served.
Ticket holders have the ability to make a bowling reservations before the general public. Please contact Mission Bowling Club at 415-863-2698 if you’d like to bowl either before or after the dinner.

Pacific Brewing Laboratory is a small gypsy brewery located in San Francisco that produces uniquely delicious beers that are always pushing the envelope.We are always experimenting with beer styles to bring a new twist to old ideas. Beers such as our Squid Ink, India Black Ale and Nautilus, a Belgian style Saison brewed with Hibiscus flowers highlight our experimental approach to beer making.
Mission Bowling Club is located in the heart of the Mission District of San Francisco. Our venue has 6 bowling lanes, a restaurant featuring technique-driven comfort food, and a full bar featuring a thoughtful mix of specialty and classic cocktails, craft beers and wine.
