Enjoy the culinary delights of Executive Chef Kurtis Jantz as he takes your taste buds on a journey to a place that has significantly influenced his skills and passion for food, New Orleans. A NOLA tradition, the Trump International Beach Resort’s New Orleans Jazz Brunch features all the flavors and sounds that can be found on Bourbon Street and beyond. Enjoy Chicken Jambalaya or the Cajun Crab Omelet and top it all off with King Cake. For those cocktail connoisseurs, our ‘Speakeasy’ cocktail menu offers original cocktails with a New Orleans kick like the ‘Bootleg’ Bloody Mary or the ‘Mini the Moocher’ Mimosa.
Brunch is $35.00 per person plus tax and service charge ($45.02 inclusive), $15.00 per child (under 12) plus tax and service charge ($19.29 inclusive) for prepaid tickets.
At the door, tickets are $45.00 per person plus tax and service charge ($57.88 inclusive) and $20.00 per child (under 12) plus tax and service charge ($25.72 inclusive).
