When we are in the right conditions, human beings are naturally trusting and cooperative. However, in the wrong conditions, we become cynical, paranoid and selfish. The best organizations, and the best leaders, create conditions in which we naturally work together and help each other.
This day is in service to you - the early adopters, leaders with the courage to put on your red hat, those who are inspired to take action and who wake up everyday in service to others.
We'll start the day with some coffee, conversation and networking with new friends. I'll spend some of the morning sharing what I've learned while writing my latest book (which will be released early next year) about what it takes to create a culture of leadership, cooperation, and trust.
Now, people who hear me speak get the most of out of the question and answer period. And truth be told, I do too. The irony is, after I speak, I generally only get 10 to 15 minutes of Q&A, even though that’s where when I find the real learning happens. So, after I speak in the morning, we will spend much of the day answering YOUR questions. The tougher the better and about anything you want! So come prepared!
- How do I get my upper management to listen and/or jump on board?
- What is the most effective way to lead so that my people take initiative?
- What if my company lost it’s Why?
- How do I find my Why and what if it’s not aligned with what I do for work?
- How can I be a change agent if I’m middle management?
- This Why stuff is all good in theory, but how does one REALLY put it into practice?
I don't have all the answers, but together I'm confident we can find solutions to just about anything.
It’s my hope that you’ll walk away from this day inspired, with tactile and tangible ways of solving your hard issues. That you’ll have a bigger network of trusted friends who you can call with future issues. And you’ll have a fresh perspective on what it truly means to be a leader.

Registration and light breakfast are at 8:00am. Program begins at 9:00am. Lunch is included and we'll make sure there is lots of time to connect with and meet others.
