*Note: The registration deadline for each camp is two weeks before the camp begins. Payment is due at the time of registration and no refunds will be allowed after the registration deadline. A medical consent form will be emailed to you along with your confirmation. The consent form MUST be completed, signed, and turned in BEFORE the start of the camp in order for the camper to participate. Please contact Alisha with any questions regarding the medical consent form and/or registration.

 

Baseball (Boys)

June 17 – 21

 

Grades: 1 – 8

Time: 9 a.m. – noon

Cost: $100 

                               

Benefitting both beginning players and those with more advanced skills, this camp will emphasize

hitting, pitching, defense, and base running. The sessions will include individual and group

instruction as well as scrimmage games.  Camp Director Justin Huisman is the head baseball coach at

Trinity and spent eight years in professional baseball.

 

Boys’ Basketball

Session 1: June 10 – 14

Session 2: July 15 – 19

 

Grades: 3 – 9

Time: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Cost: $200 per session (Lunch included*)

          $350 for both sessions

 

(*There will be an hour-long lunch break with a wide selection of lunch combinations prepared by Trinity's on-campus caterer. Special dietary meals can also be provided.)

 

This all-day basketball camp will feature a fun and exciting environment that focuses on the teaching of drills and skills to improve each camper's basketball fundamentals. Half-court and full court games and a variety of contests will offer the opportunity to test those skills. Campers will be divided into age appropriate groups for instruction and games. Camp Director Brandon Nicol is the head men's basketball coach at Trinity.

 

Girls’ Basketball

June 17 - 21

 

Grades 5 – 8 and 9 – 12   

Time: 9 a.m. – noon

Cost: $100

 

This camp will provide a solid foundation to help athletes become well-rounded basketball players. Emphasis will be on fundamental skill development through a variety of games and drills at both beginning and advanced levels. The athlete will work on her strengths and improve on her weaknesses as well as gain a mental edge that is needed to take her game to the next level. Reggie Chapple, head women's basketball coach at Trinity, will direct the camp.

 

Boys' and Girls’ Basketball Individual Instruction

Grades 3 – 12   

Cost: $40 per session (one hour sessions)

 

Trinity basketball coaches Brandon Nicol and Reggie Chapple offer individual and small group (one to four persons) instruction tailored to fit the individual athlete's specific needs. Times and dates for the one hour sessions are flexible, but the athlete must sign up for a minimum of four sessions to ensure proper skill assessment and development.

Soccer (Boys and Girls)

June 24 – June 28

 

Grades K –8

Time: 9 – 11 a.m.

Cost: $85

 

The camp will feature the teaching of soccer skills, rules of the game, and plenty of fun soccer-related games. The campers will be split into age appropriate groups and will receive personal training from Trinity’s head men’s soccer coach, Jose Dominguez ’03, and head women’s soccer coach, Josh Lenarz ’98, as well as from current Trinity soccer players. 

 

Track & Field (Boys and Girls)

July 8 – 12 

 

Grades: 3 – 8

Time: 9 – 11 a.m.

Cost: $85

 

The track and field camp will provide young athletes the opportunity to learn the basics of the sport. Instruction will include sprints, hurdles, high jump, long jump, and throwing events. Bob Brickman ’03, head cross country and track and field coach at Trinity, will serve as the camp director.

  

Volleyball (Boys and Girls)

July 22 – 26

 

Grades 5 - 7, 8 - 9

Time: 9 – 11:30 a.m.

Cost: $95

 

The camp will focus on the fundamentals of passing, setting, serving, and hitting, as well as teach basic offensive and defensive alignments. Campers will be divided into age and skill appropriate groups for instruction. Camp Director Bill Schepel ’85 is the head volleyball coach at Trinity.
