TREX is pleased to host a seminar on current internetworking challenges together with sponsors MRV, Netnordic, GigaCom, Nebula and RIPE NCC. The seminar will be held on Tuesday the 26th of May 2015 at Technopolis Yliopistonrinne in down town Tampere from 12:00 to 18:00 and continue as a networking event in their excellent sauna department. The seminar will be of value to anyone interested in developing ISP services or networks, and of course to everyone interested in peering at TREX.
Attending the seminar and sauna is free to all, but requires registration, because the venue has limited space. The dinner between the seminar and sauna social requires a 30 EUR dinner card, which is provided free to members, presenters and other staff.
The Tampere Region Exchange (TREX) is a next generation Internet exchange point. In addition to enabling traffic exchange between Internet operators and other network players, TREX focuses on improving exchange point services, and on being a research and development platform for future communications technology. TREX is part of the Finnish Internet infrastructure.
