Tremble Clefs of Portland

 

This is a singing and choral group for people living with Parkinson's disease, their family members and friends.  No music or singing knowledge/experience required!

The focus and purpose of this group is on SINGING and enjoying the group's favorite musical pieces together so please bring your ideas and suggestions.  Each session will also incorporate vocal exercises infused with musical elements that focus on posture, breathing techniques, breath support, projection, and enunciation. 

Directed by Megan Elliott, MT-BC, board certified music therapist and accompanied by live piano and guitar.

Mondays, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm,  Sept. 29 - Nov. 17 (8 meetings)
